Mads Limère Fugl is a dynamic entrepreneur and business leader with over a decade of experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, and strategic business development. He co-founded Coworking Plus, a pioneering coworking space in Odense, Denmark, designed to support startups, freelancers, and growth companies with 11,000 m² of flexible office facilities and a collaborative atmosphere.
Throughout his career, Mads has demonstrated a commitment to fostering entrepreneurial ecosystems. His work as co-founder of Joyn Platform, which connects businesses and professionals, and Nordic Ergo, a company providing ergonomic office furniture, showcases his dedication to improving business environments and workspaces.
Mads is also the driving force behind notable projects like Ignite Odense, an event that brings together the region’s startup community, promoting networking, innovation, and knowledge-sharing. Additionally, his involvement in organizing Odense Townhall, a gathering for startups and scaleups, further highlights his ability to bring people together for growth and inspiration.
Beyond his ventures, Mads served as a consultant with Fynsk Erhverv, bridging the gap between established businesses and the next generation of entrepreneurs, as well as working with Odense Kommune, where he led entrepreneurial programs such as GoGetters, helping unemployed individuals launch their own businesses. His diverse background and deep understanding of entrepreneurship and business innovation have made him a valuable contributor to the region’s economic development.
With a Master’s Degree in Strategic Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern Denmark, Mads combines his academic knowledge with practical experience, continuously shaping the future of businesses through strategic guidance, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to entrepreneurial growth.

E-commerce Expert
Christoffer Bjørnsen is an e-commerce expert with deep technical knowledge in e-commerce ecosystems, specializing in product information management (PIM), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation. He currently serves as an E-commerce Project Manager at Grafikr A/S and co-founded Nordic Ergo, a company focused on ergonomic office furniture. With experience managing e-commerce platforms at Summerbird Organic and RICE A/S, he has extensive expertise in designing user experiences, tracking data-driven decisions, and improving customer engagement. Christoffer is fluent in both Danish and English and has a passion for outdoor activities like snowboarding and surfing.
Digital Designer
Anna Q. H. Nguyen is a talented digital designer and a current master’s student in Information Science at Aalborg University. With strong skills in UI/UX design, brand identity, and CSS, Anna has gained experience through various internships and freelance roles. She worked as a digital designer for MILK Studio and Coworking Plus, where she contributed to web design, branding, and digital marketing materials. Her education includes a bachelor’s degree in Digital Concept Development and Multimedia Design from UCL Erhvervsakademi. Anna is passionate about creating user-centered digital experiences.
Freelance Consultant
Johnny Andersen is a highly skilled freelance consultant specializing in digital finance, financial performance, and automated accounting functions. He has extensive experience managing finance teams and processes, having worked as a Finance Manager at Opus Property & Opus Invest ApS, a Senior Controller at the same firm, and a Controller at 3C GROUPS A/S. Johnny also has a background in auditing, with roles at Beierholm and Kreston JC. He holds a Master’s degree in Auditing and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Southern Denmark.
